A New Era for African Real Estate: From Abuja to Lagos - PBI Magazine Launches in Style

PBI Team

Property Brokers International (PBI) is writing a new chapter in African real estate, and the story continues in Lagos.

In September 2025, PBI officially launched its signature publication, the Property Brokers International Magazine, at a landmark event in Abuja. That premiere edition set the tone: deep insight, industry leadership, and a bold vision for how property is bought, developed, and invested across Africa. Now, it’s Lagos’s turn. On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, the Lagos edition of PBI Magazine will be officially unveiled at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA), located on Kofo Abayomi Street in Eti-Osa. The event kicks off at 10:00 AM prompt, and promises a powerful gathering of industry leaders, real estate visionaries, and global investors.

Why the Lagos Launch Matters

  • Strategic Market Expansion: Lagos is Nigeria’s economic heartbeat, a city that shapes the country’s real estate trends. Launching in Lagos underscores PBI’s commitment to bridging local opportunity with global real estate capital.
  • From Insight to Impact: Just like the first edition in Abuja, the Lagos magazine will bring curated stories on luxury development, property investment, and sustainable design but this time with Lagos-specific insight and market analysis.
  • A Platform for Influence: The Lagos launch is more than a party, it’s a signal that African property markets deserve thoughtful, data-driven storytelling and and verified opportunities for global investors.

What to Expect at the Launch Event

During the launch, attendees will enjoy:

  • A VIP presentation by Matthew Ibadin, Founder & CEO of PBI, sharing the magazine’s vision.
  • Featured talks from key real estate voices, developers, brokers, financiers, highlighting Lagos’s property potential.
  • Networking opportunities with high-net-worth investors, industry insiders, and policy influencers.
  • A preview of the next edition of PBI Magazine, focusing on Lagos real estate trends, investment opportunities, and global partnerships.

The Bigger Picture: PBI’s Vision for African Real Estate

PBI Magazine is not just a publication, it’s PBI’s ambitious digital and print ecosystem that connects verified listings, investor insights, and real estate strategies across continents. With each issue, PBI aims to:

  • Elevate transparency by verifying property titles and vendors.
  • Amplify the voices of Africa’s top developers and architects.
  • Present curated, high-end property portfolios to global investors.
  • Serve as a marketing flywheel for development projects and luxury listings.

The Lagos edition is the next vital step in this mission - bringing even more value to PBI’s growing international audience.
